How To Resolve the Recurring Trying To Find a Toilet Dream

If you have these recurring dreams where you usually find yourself in a large public place, such as a Shopping Centre and you are desperate to go to the toilet, however, the events that unfold in your dream leave you frustrated, bewildered and still desperate in every aspect of yourself. The problems you encounter can be from:

Seeing signs to the toilet but finding the opposite sex toilets;

Not finding any toilets, despite following the signs;

There is a huge queue that is never going down;

The toilet you find is very dirty and you can’t use it;

Or the most common issue of all – none of the toilets have a cubicle OR it’s in a field – so if you were to use it, you would be vulnerable, exposed, have no privacy and be on show to the world.

This used to happen to me until I realized how I could stop it all. I no longer have this issues and I wanted to explain how I did it, so you can help yourself stop this happening to you. In one sense it feels very comical when we look at this issue – but it is a very real problem for many women.

It has come up as a theme as I’ve been talking to both clients and friends this week, and so it seems appropriate right now for me to share how I stopped it. This may not be for everyone, but it seems like for the majority of women, it’s the same ancestral pattern.

To make it easier to follow, I’m breaking this down into 4 Steps:

Step 1) Awareness of why this might be recurring

We like to interpret our dreams and in this instance, I have interpreted this, so far, in every case, as the umbrella term of NOT BEING IN CONTROL. Understand that the physical aspect or message of the bladder not being in control, suggests that it is a metaphor of not being in control of our lives.

You may not say these words exactly, but do you say such as:

“I wish that person wouldn’t do this, that and the other”

“I wish that person were different/acted this way”

It could be a boss or colleague at work. It could be a family member (even children) or a friend. Or are you a doormat – do you do everything for everyone else, which leaves your energy depleted? Do you have boundary issues?

Now it is time to understand that YOU are the only person who you can be in control of. (Delve deeper into this issue within step 3)

Step 2) Change the story in your dream (Lucid Dreaming)

Every night before you fall asleep, SET YOUR INTENTION or COMMAND AND DECLARE that if the recurring toilet dreams occurs that night, you will trigger yourself into bringing this awareness into your consciousness that it is just a dream. Or in other words you will wake yourself up within your dream. This WILL create your trigger to become aware at the time that the toilet dream next happens. (And, once you set this intention after a few nights, it will be embedded into your subconscious to “wake you up within your dream” anyway). So - within your dream, whilst you are trying to find a toilet, you will trigger yourself to be very aware/conscious of it happening. You then state “I know this is a dream and I now change the story of this dream – I am in control of this situation”. Then, wake yourself up for real. And no doubt, you may need to go to the toilet so you can just get out of bed and go to your own bathroom – Don’t create a nice toilet and go within the dream for obvious reasons.

IF the dream does occur and you haven’t woken yourself up, then repeat the process of creating your trigger. This will help for looking into other disturbing dreams and nightmares as well. Just as the body heals when we are asleep, so are we healing the mental and emotional fields.

Step 3) Getting to the Root Cause of NOT BEING IN CONTROL

The first part in this is to bring yourself into being The Neutral Observer. This is so you don’t fall into being triggered and make your story feel even worse. One way of moving into being The Neutral Observer is to move your consciousness/awareness behind your body – as if you’re a fly on the wall or someone else looking at you.

Another way is to look at you and your life on a huge movie screen.

YOU MUST NOT GET CAUGHT UP IN THE STORY for you to change your perception and therefore clear yourself of this block. You have to look at what’s happening with another perspective where there is no charge or trigger. This does not mean to say that you stop any feelings. You must look at what your emotions are when you think about the need to control or when you start to think about your life in the need to feel good enough or worthy enough, in order to heal those emotions.

The root cause for the majority of us who are not feeling in control is:

  • “I’m not worthy”
  • “I’m not good enough”

You may not say these words, but it usually stems from childhood. What did your parents or guardians say? Perhaps “I wish you were more like little Jenny down the road”, “you’d better get good grades at school or you will never get anywhere in life”. And I’m sure by now, you can remember more of these statements that went into your subconscious and shaped the rest of your life.

Remember – you CANNOT control anyone else – it is their life. BUT you need to clear and free YOURSELF of this burden. Therefore, you need to GO WITHIN. What’s happening WITHIN yourself.

It is never anything to do with others – they are merely a match to your current frequency. They are your support actors in your movie of your life. Your Souls have contracted to experience these issues in this current life, until you work to clear things up. When you clear yourself of these issues, you clear the old frequency of what was a match for others to mirror your old paradigms. When you clear these issues up for yourself, your ancestral lineage is also cleared. So by simply doing the work on yourself and you working on your own ancestry, your children will also be clear of this energy. It is then their free will to take this new energy new on board.

If you are not sure about this part of clearing, find help with it – you may even know a good friend who helps others in this way. It will help you to feel so much lighter and you can work this way to have better relationships.

With my clients, I look at Akashic Records, cords and contracts, ancestral patterns, plus any spells or vows you may have made in previous lives with others. The tables can sometimes be turned around from previous lives so you experience it from both sides.

We are very aware now that it is part of our purpose to clear ourselves of these old conditions placed upon our ancestors and brought down through the generations. They are false beliefs within the Karmic field. They stop us realizing just how powerful beings we truly are. We are ridding ourselves of the false Karmic field.

Step 4) Replacing the old paradigm

You need to break through any old habits of your thoughts about not being good enough, not being worthy and trying to place control over others. Catch what you are saying and change your words, thoughts and feelings to a different perspective. Don’t fall into the trap of your old ways. Watch out for what other people are saying to you. Do they treat you differently now. Are your relationships with people different. If not, continue to look at more of these blocks. (It’s also helped me overcome my old OCD habits).
